In post-processing (or in real-time tracking), the 3D tracks are displayed with the HTI software program AcousticTag. This animated, interactive display allows the user to view position echos, large groups of echoes, or the entire track for each fish. While actively viewing tag traces within the program, the user can adjust the field-of-view to move spatially within the program (forward, backward, up, or down). This allows several different perspectives for any given tag track.
